Size 3T Rainbow Noir Cotton Lycra leggings with cuffs

These Size 3T Rainbow Noir leggings are made with a buttery soft cotton lycra fabric. It a medium weight stretchy fabric perfect for kids wear and tear. It will remain bright and will not fade in the wash. The colors are bright and vibrant making it the perfect rainbow striped tee. They are comfortable, with a yoga waistband. The cuffs are amazing under boots.
