Refunds &
Returns:
We stand behind our work. We strive for
perfection and every piece is looked over thoroughly
before shipment to you. If you find something you have
purchased from Rainbow Waters isn't 100% to your
satisfaction, PLEASE e-mail us. You may return your
NON-custom item for a full refund within 15 days of
shipment providing the item is new, unwashed and unused.
We will fix/replace your item within 90 days if the item
is defective. Rainbow Waters reserves the right to
determine defectiveness.
Shipping &
Packaging:
Shipping charges are based on actual
shipping costs and the cost of packaging (if there is
any). Delivery confirmation is included in the total
shipping cost for both your safety and ours. Insurance is
extra and optional. If you would like insurance with your
package, you will need to contact us for a total or we
will assume you do not need it.
We are a family business and we ship from our home. We
also only have ONE vehicle. We typically ship in-stock
items within 2-3 business days after payment is received,
but it is possible your order will take ONE week to be
shipped; we promise to try our very best to get ALL
packages out within 2-3 days and in the occurence that it
will take more than 2-3 days, you will be notified with an
approximate shipping date so you are well aware of when to
expect your package. Custom items are shipped within 1-6
weeks depending on the length of our waiting list. Once
your order is received, we will give you an estimated time
of completion and shipment via e-mail. If we are unable to
ship in that timeframe, you will be contacted immediately.
Rainbow Waters believes in conserving mother earth so
therefore we may re-use packaging if in excellent
condition; we encourage you to do the same.
Payment Methods:
We accept all forms of payment via PayPal,
RME, Money Order and Personal Checks (US funds only).
Checks, Money Orders and Paypal e-checks will be held 10
days until payment clears.
Custom Order
Policies:
My turn-around for custom orders varies
from 3-6 weeks. We offer custom order slots on our
HyenaCart usually once a month. Once you purchase a slot,
the deposit is due immediately and is non-refundable. Your
final decisions & payment in full should be made
within 24 hrs. I will begin sewing your order when full
payment has been received.
Custom Order are not returnable. I cannot accept a return
if the item you requested did not turn out how you
suspected, so please be sure you chose an item you will be
happy with. I love working with customers on custom orders
and I look forward to working with you. If you dont see a
custom slot listed on my HyenaCart, please feel free to
shoot me an email, you never know, I may be able to take
your order.
